Responsibilities:
• Perform skilled services & maintenance to company and client standards.
• Complete work orders safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Identify and recommend additional repair or improvement needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and the service team.
• Use mobile technology for scheduling, updates, and service documentation
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional experience in one or more skilled trades preferred.
• Strong workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Appropriate tools, transportation, and applicable licenses/certifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Smartphone with active data plan
• Willingness to complete a background check.
